TABU to the Tomb

I am going to get a little sappy on you all (deal with it).  Ethan is the greatest gift from God that I will ever receive in this life.  Hopefully, you will all find this encouraging rather than disgusting.

I never thought there was someone out there that would make me feel the way he does.  My heart has his name sewn on it, my eyes are only for him, and I look forward to our endless tomorrows.  I never thought that there was someone out there that would treat me as well as he does.

My whole life I have been surrounded by terrible marriages, superficial relationships, and stories of one-night stands.  I gave up on the idea of a successful, happy, Godly relationship.  Well turns out God was looking out for me...Here is the censored story of how we came to be "Us"...

SPICE GIRLS...ULTIMATE FIGHTING...SIN CITY

Doesn't that sound like the recipe for a successful lifelong relationship?  Well it's true, the SPICE GIRLS brought us together!  I was on vacation in Las Vegas with a good friend from college for the Spice Girls reunion tour.  Ethan was in Las Vegas for an Ultimate Fighting Match that an old roommate invited him out for, and the rest is history.

Okay so there are a few more  PG details that I can share.  This ultimate fighting match brought all of Britain to Vegas.  I was in LOVE with the accents and in my bubbly state of mind wanted a picture with every man with a British accent.  Every time I assumed a man was British we would pull over and take a photo.  The group of people that I was with were not willing to wait in line for a well-known club, so we passed by Tabu Lounge at the MGM and decided to dance the night away.

In the process of breaking a leg on dance floor, I noticed a British man passed out on a couch in the VIP area.  So I grabbed Chris, my photographer, and approached a man who was in close proximity to the lug and asked if I could straddle him for a quick picture.  The man looked at the passed out man, looked back at me, and said sure.  I straddled the man, got the picture and as I was walking  back to the group.  The man I tapped on the shoulder grabbed my hand and started dancing with me on a VIP cube.  Turns out that man I tapped on the shoulder was.....ETHAN!

What happens in Vegas doesn't always stay in Vegas....Sometimes it follows you home!

Moral of the story...My soul mate found me in Las Vegas.  We have the most amazing relationship in the world, and I cannot wait to experience this Life with him.  More importantly I cannot wait to create a SIMPLE Life with tons of adventure and spontaneity.  TABU to the Tomb.
